Community Yoga Classes by Donation with Julia

Yoga for everyone: Share the benefits of yoga in our wider community

MY has introduced two new community yoga classes that run every Tuesday.


The purpose of these classes is to:

* offer yoga and meditation classes to people in the community who, for whatever reason, may not have regular access to classes or be able to afford them

* Help raise funds for Give Yoga, so that we can help to help fund for yoga teachers to go out to the community

Tuesdays 10 am – 11.30 am Hatha Yoga (Asana, Pranayama and Meditation)

Tuesdays 12 pm – 12.30 pm 30-minute Yoga Nidra

The classes are open to anyone, including regular MY students. They are led by MY teachers.

Entrance is by donation.


All donations go to Give Yoga*

So help to spread the benefits of yoga and share them with others by supporting these classes. And help Give Yoga.

*Give Yoga is a MY not-for-profit initiative based on encouraging students, teachers and the broader community to support free yoga classes in the community for individuals and organisations who may not have access to regular yoga classes.
