Family Yoga
This creative class is for children up to 10 years and their parents. The class is conducted once a term and the yoga practices are built on each season of the year. This is an opportunity for parents and children to interact and learn simple yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques in a tranquil and non-competitive environment – fun for all!
The next Family Yoga will be held on Friday 5th December at 4pm, the theme will be summer
Candlelight Yoga
Add a touch of bliss to your weekend by participating in a luxurious 2 hour candlelit yoga class with teacher Swami Vedamurti. Being a natural musician, Veda has an affinity for the yoga of sound. Musical vibration and mantra will be woven through the class allowing students to tune into practices at a more subtle level. The class will begin with a full 30 minute yoga nidra followed by a sequence of asana, pranayama and a deep meditation practice. $25

Healing Mantra - Mahamrityunjaya Mantra
4pm – 4.30pm
This mantra is chanted for healing, transformation, energy and support in the face
of life's challenges. Its subtle vibration uplifts the heart and creates a healing, purifying effect for oneself and others. Please arrive early. The healing mantra is followed by a relaxation practice.
Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation practice
4.30pm – 4.50pm
Kirtan - Communal mantra singing and music
5pm – 6.30pm
The ancient tradition of kirtan is the chanting of simple mantras set to music, together as a group, with rhythm, energy and devotion. Mantras do not belong to any religion, caste or creed. They transcend all borders and the chanting of mantras opens up the heart of all humankind.

6.30pm – 7.30pm
Please bring vegetarian food to share. Chai (spicy Indian tea) and cake are available for purchase.
