These classes include physical practices to increase flexibility and suppleness of joints as well as toning and strengthening the body.
Focus is placed on breathing practices to
increase lung capacity, strength and function. The highlight is the meditation practice. This is a time to be still, to focus, increase mental agility and create your dreams.

4pm: The Healing Chant: Mahamrityunjaya Mantra
For physical healing of oneself or others.
OM chanting for world peace.
Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
5 – 6.30pm: Kirtan
Chants of uplifting devotional mantras that raise the energy and spirit.
