The Healing Mantra & Kirtan

The healing mantra
, which is also known as the maha-mrit-yun-jaya mantra, is a universal mantra that is chanted for health, healing, transformation, energy, and support in the face of difficulties.

Kirtan is the singing of mantras together as a group with melody, rhythm, energy and devotion.  It creates a pure, positive vibration in the atmosphere, and is an excellent way to create an inner connection, relax and raise the energy.

“There is peace, happiness and well being wherever kirtan is sung. Kirtan will be the yoga of the 21st century.”
Swami Satyananda Saraswati
