On our timetable you’ll find meditation courses and casual, drop in - classes.

If you haven’t practised meditation before, we recommend starting with the Meditation Level One course.


If you have meditated before, you’re more than welcome to join our casual drop in classes.

Held on:

Wednesday's 12pm -1pm

Friday's 12pm - 1pm ( starting 1st June) 


The casual meditation classes are comprised of:

• Mindful movement (about 10 minutes)

• Yoga Nidra

• Sitting Meditation
