MY Manly Yoga is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to helping people improve their health and wellbeing through yoga. We are committed to making the benefits of yoga accessible to all, by providing classes suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness, health, age, sex, level of experience or ability. Classes are taught in the style of Satyananda Yoga, a system followed by thousands of people all over the world. Satyananda Yoga does not postulate any political or religious beliefs, and people who practice it come from all walks of life.

Tailored to Your Needs
Satyananda Yoga incorporates a number of branches of classical yoga, making the breadth and depth of yoga easily accessible to all. These include: hatha yoga (physical postures, breathing techniques and cleansing practices), raja yoga (deep relaxation and meditation), bhakti yoga (chanting, kirtan and ritual), gyana yoga (philosophy and knowledge) and seva yoga (being of service to others).
This system recognizes that not all types of yoga suit everyone. By trying the various options, you can discover for yourself which type of yoga suits you best. Far from a mass-produced, 'standard' class, your yoga experience can be tailored to meet your needs.
